Design Journal Dump Ver. 2.315

Ok so It's been a while.....Let's get this over with

Week4:
In charge of modeling some assets and texturing. I got the table and chair down. Worked on the main character as well.




Week5: Began Working on the UI for the game. Came out pretty nice



Week6: Finished The UI. Health and Power meter have frames setup so that they animate.





Week7: Got to model the pickups. Normal and Evil Versions






Week8: I was able to finish the character animations. Came out ok, and I feel pretty good about them.

Week9: Slept

Week10: Got with Alex to find out what he was missing from me, and I sent it to him. All assigned assets were given to Alex.

Week11: PANICPANICPANIC

wk 10 progress - Richmond


On week 10, Alex asked for 2 more animation to be including into the changling animation file: Attack up, attack down. I also made alteration to the canopy top to fit the nightmare theme of the forest. The trunk and branches wasn't needed so I didn't included.

wk 7 Progress - Richmond


I've completed my assets for the changling to attack from. The changeling is rigged and animated. The images above with the changeling is: attack, idle, hit and death.

Wk6 Progress - Richmond



I've finished the rock and tree stump. Following brandon's models and textures I just kept it very simple. I've used the cardboard textures he gave us to use as the surface. I've ran into a problem during the weekend when I was adding the IK/FK where it wouldn't move like other rigs I've used before. Found out the reason was that I didn't set the joint orientation.

Wk5 Progress - Richmond


I'm done texturing and unwrapping the changling. Alex wants me to compact the UV more. It's set it up with basic rig and going to work on adding some controls to it for proper animating. It was originally fuller in shape but Alex said to flatten it.
